BCP is an interdisciplinary peer mentoring methodology used to create and validate a practiced logistical plan for how an organization will recover and restore partially or completely interrupted critical function(s) within a predetermined time after a disaster or extended disruption.

Training modules have been structured in such a way that the majority build upon a ‘foundation’ leadership module.  Which provides the key elements to leadership and management in a self contained course. Included in this module is the Profiling workshop and individual profiles. The workshops can be delivered on a ‘stand alone’ basis, taking into account the comments regarding the Foundation Leadership Module. Alternatively, a bespoke leadership programme can be devised to meet the client’s needs and can be delivered over a longer period of time, for example 6 to 12 months. The modules can be delivered on either a accredited or non-accredited basis. If desired we can also work with the client to offer the opportunity for delegates to work towards professional accreditation with either the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM),or EdExel.
